TAU TAU Chinese Restaurant has been serving the Springfield Burke commnunity since
autumn,1994. Our management team arrived on the food service scebe during the
mid-80's when we first opened Mr. Hunan Restaurant and later, Mr. Hunan Express,
in the small towns of Woodbridge and Manchester Lakes, Virginia. Despite these relatively
unknown locations, we quickly made a name for ourselves by providing unmatched
service and delicious meals.
Our reputation was also boosted by big-screen movie actor,
Dan Aykroyd's regular patronage whenever he visited the vicinity.
In September, 1994, we opened Tau Tau Chinese Restaurant in Rolling Valley Mall, a restaurant specializing in Hunan and Szechuan cuisine. These savory
regional dishes are made with great tasting flavors and seasonings.
Our fine dining room may look expensive, but our food is not. Exceptional dishes
from other regions are also available. Just tell the waiters your preference and
let them be your guide to the gourmet delights of Tau Tau.
